UPS or FedEx Deliveries (Small Package Delivery)
Your small package delivery will be delivered to the first threhhold. First threshold consists of; front, side, rear doors, front porch, garage or main lobby (for appartment buildings). Also in most cases packages of this size and weight even though they are concidered “small packages” will not be carried up stairs. Some residences (apartments) or office buildings may have designated areas for package delivery due to insurance or special permission is needed. Please contact your facility managerment if this is the case.
Please note that UPS and FedEx on occasion mark items as delivered even if the item has not been actually delivered. If you feel that the item has been delivered (check the carriers website) and you do not have your package. Please contact the carrier and report a lost package. Supply us with the case number so we can begin the replacement or refund process.
