Requesting a Replacement

To request a replacement for a dysfunctional or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Capture at least three high-resolution photographs of the damaged or dysfunctional item from different angles. Ensure that the photos are taken on a flat surface and clearly show the product’s tag and the issue.

  2. Submit your return/refund request through our support portal here. Please attach the images you’ve taken. To expedite the resolution process, include your order number, transaction ID, or invoice ID in your request.

Processing Your Request

Please allow us up to 7 business days to review and respond to your request. We appreciate your patience as our dedicated Customer Service team diligently assesses your case. Once your claim is verified, we will take one of the following actions:

  • Arrange for a replacement package to be sent to you.
  • Issue a full refund without any additional fees.

You will not be required to return the faulty or damaged item.

Cancellation Rights for Your Order

You have the freedom to cancel your order within a window of 9 hours from the moment you placed it, and you are not obligated to provide a specific reason for doing so.

The deadline for initiating the cancellation of an order is set at 9 hours from the time of placing your order.

Delivery of Replacements

If you have not received your replacement package within 15 days after receiving confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team for urgent assistance.
